Hi there, I’m Mariella!

I’m a San Francisco native, I may let out an occasional HELLA here and there, and photography is my passion.  I’m also a lefty, living in a righty’s world (the struggle is real). A coffee lover, huge sports fan, and prefer cold weather over hot.  I love to cook and can make a mean ham croquette! I have crisscrossed the city, too many times to count, which has allowed me to continuously find new hidden gems that the city has to offer.  Exploring the world and being able to create new experiences is always on my to do list and I constantly stand ready for a new adventure!

Ever since I can remember, taking pictures has always been a fascination to me.  I was the girl who would come home with thirty rolls of film from a weeklong trip waiting to see what I had captured.  There’s something so fulfilling about having the ability to freeze those moments in time and having that moment live on with you forever.  What started off as a fun hobby has now carried over to a full-on career, which is exactly why I chose to pursue my career as a wedding and portrait photographer.  Being able to document a couple’s love and capturing that special connection between two people is not only a gratifying feeling, but it is what makes my job worthwhile.
